Greetings!

This Saturday at 8 PM there will be a small-payload,
small-balloon launch.

Details for BLT 17.5:

Fireball Rev. 3.2 & 300 gr. Balloon
Beacon frequencies = 14.152 & 28.322 MHz
Power output per band = 50 mW
Signal type = CW "beeps"
Telemetry = outside temperature
Telemetry format = beep rate is inversely proportional to temperature
Payload weight = 5 oz.
Estimated max alt. = 80,000 feet
Rise rate = 800 ft./min.
Rise time = 100 minutes
Fall time = 18 minutes
Ground track is unknown...
