They weigh 18 pounds, compare that to a lightweight Mirage amp!  
yes you can get more output by adjusting the bias. The device rating would 
make a maximum continous power of 200 watts less internal losses (minimal) 
from imbalance of phase and gain. Internal reject load resistors are 5 watt 
surface mount devices and they never seem to get warm. 
There is an internal temperature sensor that provides a "warm" light and a 
thermal shutdown is it overheats. Also a VSWR protection circuit. 
there is no relay, so there is no minimal input power, it is on all the time, 
and current demand is constant since it is class A.  The documentation shows 
7 amps at 26 volts.
