This is all true, however, one note for clarification in case there is some 
confusion:

It is Tom Blackwell that has filed these Broadcast (and Amateur) licensee 
renewal challenges (which held up the KEGL sale) and SBE lawsuits, not 
myself.  These fillings are filled with false allegations.
