Fred,
I understand the I-Link has been used successfully on 2 meters for some time by
some who are involved in Dallas County RACES.
Considering the level of use of 1.2 in the area, you may have a better result
for your efforts with a different band.
I think it would be great to link clubs with ATV repeaters. You should
discuss this with KC5NQ.
