Depending on the sound subcarrier frequency, FM ATV occupies 17 or more MHz.
There just isnt room in the 70cm band without interfering with as well as
receiving other mode users. Standard TV is AM. Sure some will tell you you
can slope detect FM, but it is very poor and other drawbacks.
