[HQRP] A bit off topic--Programmer wanted

A bit off topic...sorry!

Does anyone know of an in-town mid to senior level Windows programmer 
with  Active X controls experience?

Either for employ or consulting.

Lots of computer techies in the ham radio world, so I though I would give 
it a shot.
