[HQRP] Software Tools for your PC

Gang,

The last few days has been interesting on the QRP-L.  Someone suggested a 
piece of software that turns your PC and sound card into a function 
generator.  Then others came forward with even other, more useful 
tools.  If you have not yet discovered what you can do with your PC as test
