[HQRP] could somone look over my NorCal 40?

Hello Gang,
     I enjoyed meeting you all at the July meeting. It put the fire under me 
to finish my NorCal 40.
     The NorCal seems to be working fine on RX and TX (into dummy load), 
however, I have some doubts about setting the T/R offset. I don't have an 
accurate freq. counter. I would appreciate it if someone could help me with 
it, and look over the twin-lead dipole I made for it.
     I can meet anywhere you like. I live in the Meyerland/Bellaire area. I 
often have to work on the HQRP meeting dates until 5PM.
