[HQRP] OT: Problems downloading anti-virus update

Hi, everyone:
I use the free version of the AVG anti-virus
program to protect my computer. I've been trying
to download the latest update from their Web site,
but I keep getting disconnected by my ISP shortly
after getting started (I use Juno's free service,
and would have to give long and careful thought
before upgrading to their paying service, since I
am on a fixed income).
For the time being, I am trying every night
during the wee hours to download that update. I
suspect that by the time I manage to get a decent
connection, there will be even *more* update files
to be downloaded, which will require even more time
online!
So I would like to ask: Does anyone know if AVG's
server <www.grisoft.com> has a conventional phone
number which I could use to download their updates
without going through Juno? That's the best that I
can think of, apart from "keep trying". TIA.

                                   73, Mark
