 Is anyone having difficulty downloading their

I am on the Juno GOLD


select the web tab
  then click connect.
log onto the internet..
Select Read  
Then GET NEW MAIL..

or 
log onto the internet..
then 
http://webmail.juno.com/



Direct Access time to retrieve mail is limited ..(I do not know how
long.)
If it takes very long I log onto the internet.
