Hi, everyone:
After some two years as a user of Juno's free
service, I have just about had it with them. They
almost never give me access to the Internet, and
when they do, I am usually disconnected after about
ten minutes (sometimes less). Lately, I have had
problems getting my e-mail (I haven't gotten any-
thing at all from qrp-l in the last day or so). To
top it all off, there is almost NO personal help
when I have a technical problem, and Juno has re-
cently made changes it their "Contact Juno Wizard"
that make it all but impossible to contact them
(unless you're a paying customer).
So I'd like to ask: Who would you recommend for
an ISP? I'd really prefer to get a free account with
someone else. However, if I *must* set up a paying
account with someone, I'd like to find someone that
is *really cheap* (I'm on a fixed income). Who's
good, and who should be avoided (and why)?
Please reply direct, since Juno is (apparently)
blocking many of my messages from the reflectors.
Thanks in advance.
73, Mark, KE5MY
