[HQRP] Request: HTML Editor Recommendation/assistance

do you have microsoft office? It comes with MS Publisher, which does html.
Also, Word does html, as well.
I use Homesite as my html editor. I think it cost around $80 or so and it
is highly rated.
Plus, it's easy to use.
