[BLT] Balloons are ON ORDER

Balloonatics,

We have TWO KCI-1200 balloons on order from Kaymont ( http://www.kaymont.com
).  This year they are NOT on never-gonna-get-them backorder - they were IN
STOCK!  This is VERY GOOD NEWS.  Last time we used a 1000-gr balloon.  It
was OK, but it was not the "balloon of choice" for our payload.

The first planning meeting date is still under discussion.  We are now
looking at Wednesday, May 26th, for the first meeting.
