Folks,

If you didn't hear anything yesterday, try again. Here is the response I
got from Gary about what to expect when listening for the Rice University
launches that are almost daily through August 13th. The planned launch
window starts at 2 PM.

Hi, Andy,

Thanks for your message. We were indeed at 403.2 MHz. The signal isn't all
that strong. If you'd like to get an idea of what to listen for, just click
on the NPR story. They did a nice job recording sounds from the experiment.

More soon,

Hi!

Many of us (South Texas Balloon Launch Team) were listening yesterday, but
didn't hear anything on 403.2 MHz. Is that the correct frequency for the
balloon downlink? What can we expect to hear? Data, tones, etc.?

Thanks,

Andy Macallister
