Hi Mike!

Thanks for the update.  The primary investigator on that program transferred
to a university in Chile, but I would bet that there are ongoing studies
associated with the ozone experiments.  The payloads were all launched from
campus, and depending on the upper winds, went everywhere from NW Houston to
Galveston.  The transmitter in the Rice boxes was rather simple (crude), but
the ozone detection gear was quite nice, expensive and rather sophisticated.

We had a good time visiting one of the Rice launches.  I'm glad that the
photos helped.
