LPFM will be NON commercial only...and as far as Howard Stern, I DOUBT
Mel of Infinity would allow that without HE getting a big chunk of
payment!

ONLY 10 watts?? That MAY cover maybe 2-3 miles at 100 Mhz FM with
a less than 100meter antenna...
Nice idea....but doubt it will fly.....I think too many of the pirates,
churches, etc will have their filings ready to go the 1st day the window
opens...and that is SOON to come..and will be only open for a SHORT
time..
and the NAB is not through yet filing trying to STOP LPFM..
As they say, it aint over till the fat lady sings...and she isnt ready
yet!
