With 28/88 and 444.6 (along with 444.15 and other) removed from Dewalt
as of 2 weeks or so ago, you may not be able to include them in the
list until their fate and new sites (if any) are decided...
I hated to hear about that...28/88 was always the best overall
machine from ANY direction (and I helped on audio/operation of both
it and the 4.600 back in 92 after they returned to the tower from a
long sleep)
IF 146.88 and 444.6 are back on, I would include both...
6.88 runs 103.5 PL/444.6 runs 71.9 PL

As for some suggestions, I would include 146.84 rptr (HOUEOC) with
103.5 tone, the 34/94 rptr (cannot recall their tone)
north side Conroe 147.02 (COS), Conroe 444.8 (146.2 PL),
Cleveland CLEVLD 146.90, Huntsville HUNTVL 146.86 (103.5 PL)..

East side would be Baytown BAYTWN 146.78 (103.5 PL). Dayton DAYTON
was not active last time I checked but its 146.80 (146.2 PL)..when it
is on, it covers I10 quite well on the east side.

South side cant say for sure...I would include Galveston 146.68!
West side? hmmm 147.32 ECHO maybe? Or 147.08? What about KATY?
I would also suggest 444.3 HOU(146.2PL) but its PA is busted right now.
Hopefully I will get down there soon to repair it..from its locale,
it has excellent coverage from N, W or S (its just west of 610
NE of the Galleria)..
Also UGT's machines on 147.34 (103.5) and 443.825 (same) are good
coverage and part of the SaltGrass link system.

6mtrs the only machine I know of is 53.11- down south sideWA5SIX
(PL is 41.3 I think)...50watts can barely get it from I10...
HTs would not; of course I WOULD put 52.525 and one or two more simplex
channels in it..
