Without knowing exactly who was involved in the defense of the rights and 
needs of amateur radio operators in the State of Texas, I want to 
personally thank everyone who took the time and energy to join in this 
fight on my behalf.  Sometimes it falls to those who happen to live close 
to the capitol to be involved personally.  I just want to say "Thank You" 
and to let you know that I appreciate it.
