[HQRP] New NorCal Kit

Gang,

Rumor from Doug Hendricks has it that NorCal will introduce its next 
surface mount kit in about a month.  That is all the detail 
available.  Just keeping you in the loop so you are ready to move when and 
if you find it something you just gotta have.
