Before going to QRP-L, I'd like to offer these to the local group:
Heavy Duty Morse CW Key This key was manufactured in Cherkassy, Ukraine, for
the Soviet military up through the 1980s. This one is dated circa 1988.
Designed for heavy duty use, they are very robust but can be adjusted for a
very nice feel. Tension, contact spacing, and bearing tension can all be
adjusted. The hinged cover and base are a heavy plastic, as is the knob.
Listed in Perera's "Telegraph Collector's Guide" they are very collectable
and represent a rare opportunity for you to grab a piece of Cold War
history. The key measures 3-1/2" by 3" at the base of the unit Solder lugs
are provided for the connections within the base, and there are four holes
(concealed by the cover when it is closed) for screwing it down to a board
or table. The base measures 3" by 2-1/2" by 1-3/4" high with the knob
extending upwards a further half inch above the top cover and forward an
inch and a half from the front.

I've got five of these, three in the original box ($20 each), retail on
Morse Express they're $40. Sold two on Ebay (one for $46 and the other for
$26)

The other keys are Soviet school keys ($10 each). They are mostly plastic,
the main arm is a steel channel. The solid plastic Navy style knob comes
mostly in a marbelized white color. I've got one in a dark color.

All the proceeds go to Armenia (EK8ZZ). I've already taken one of each out
for myself and will send on the equivalent funds.

Karen (EK7DX) also gave me some Soviet style tubes to see if there is any
market in the States. Know of anyone interested, locally, before I inquire
nationally?
