While driving to Arkiecon, there was a discussion about having an event where the operators were at sites with even 
number lat/long coordinates.  Such as 30/96, near Dayton.  The discussion drifted to operatin at highest/lowest points in 
states, counties, and etc.  here is a G site about operating from various peaks about Great Briton.  For what it's worth, the 
highest point in Harris county appears to be in the far northwest part of the conuty
