Gessner to SW FWY to Richmond up 36 to Sealy back I-10 to Downtown CBD to 
Prarie, then west to Memorial and out toward 610 to Woodway, take woodway 
split and then left on Arboretum drive.  

Should take, awwww... maybe 5 hours driving time.

Otherwise up hilcroft/voss to Woodway, right under 610 to Arboretum.
