Hello, All,
The first semi-annual Practical Antenna Systems Design Seminar is scheduled=
=20
for October 4th. You all have indicated an interest in attending, but I=20
wanted to point out that this is, unfortunately, the same day as the Belton=
=20
Ham Fest.
After taking the Belton Hamfest into consideration, along with (N5VCX's=20
gracious groveling) logistics for the media room at the MS-150=20
headquarters, and throwing in a pinch of personal commitments, I have=20
decided to keep the date for the seminar the same, October 4th. Sorry.
This, I know, is a point of contention for some of you, so I would like to=
=20
tell you that this seminar will be held again in the February - March time=
=20
frame in 2004, so you will not miss out, you will only be delayed in=20
becoming enlightened. :-))
Future plans-------My thoughts on the long term goal of this seminar is to=
=20
grow it into an all day affair with other speakers on antennas and antenna=
=20
systems for anything from the lowfer freq's through Satellite work. We=20
have some really talented antenna folks here in the Houston area and it is=
=20
a shame to not take advantage of this knowledge and talent.
So, please, respond to this note and let me know that you will or will not=
=20
be attending, as I need to get a fairly accurate count by mid-month, as I=20
am leaving town on the 27th till October 3rd.
Thank you again for your interest in attending.
