[HQRP] FD 2004 WX

Just saw this in a BVARC e-mail.  They had the same WX we had for FD 2004!!

The gloom-and-doom weather forecasts did not materialize.  The site was 
well drained with only a few low spots.  There was one 10 minute rain 
squall during the morning setup and one hard rain squall, Saturday 
afternoon, for about 10 minutes.  Except for a 15 or 20 minute drizzle 
later in the day, that was the only rain.  In fact, though humid, it was 
fairly cool.
