[HQRP] Katy ARS 4th Annual Swapfest

The Katy Amateur Radio Society 4th Annual Ham Radio Swapfest is scheduled
for September 11th starting at 7 AM.  Entrance Fee is $1.  Location is the
Katy VFW Hall in Katy.  Can the HQRP meeting be moved to September 18th?
