[HQRP] HQRP Meeting location

Despite the kids, the meeting was well received by the arboretum. 

I spoke to Lee, who had allowed us the use of the room, on Tuesday as a
follow-up.  She'll be getting with her people about the monitoring program,
sometime during the next month and set up a meeting, possibly outside of
HQRP's regular meeting time.  Will keep you all informed.

Lee was in an auto accident on friday, that totaled her van.  She's kind of
OK, though has a pain in the neck (no, not me).
