[HQRP] February Meeting Date

Gang,

With 8 members reporting in so far, its 8 in favor of moving the date from 
February 16 to the following Saturday, February 23 in order to allow those 
wishing to attend the Smithville swapfest to do so.

Please see the webpage for details on the new meeting date (which I just 
told you) as well as all the info on the Smithville event.
